SLIP-Plate® is a high-temperature lubricant that contains Ultra Fine, Synthetic Graphite in a Polyalkylene Glycol and Water Carrier. SLIP-Plate® contains 9.8% graphite solids with a median particle size of 5 microns.  The emulsion effectively carries the graphite to the chain pins and bushings. The unique binder system used in SLIP-Plate® creates a very effective bond of graphite, the main lubricant, to the chain parts and linkages.

SLIP-Plate® can be applied at oven temperatures up to 300ºF, reducing cool-down time requirements and increasing oven productivity.
