 HYBAKE COMPLETE Food Grade –
The NSF Registered H1 graphite based premium high-temperature oven chain lubricant that is suitable for applications where incidental contact with food is possible.
HYBAKE COMPLETE Food Grade contains High Purity, Ultra Fine, Synthetic Graphite in a Polyalkylene Glycol and Water Carrier. The carrier fluid also contains additives to prevent rust and corrosion and protect oven chains. Hybake complete Food Grade contains 11.5% graphite solids with a median particle size of only 5 microns. The small particle size promotes migration of the graphite, penetrating even the tightest surface contact tolerances.
HYBAKE COMPLETE Food Grade can be applied at oven temperatures between 200ºF and 400ºF, reducing cool-down time requirements and increasing oven productivity.

SLIP-Plate® HOCL –
SLIP-Plate® is a high-temperature lubricant that contains Ultra Fine, Synthetic Graphite in a Polyalkylene Glycol and Water Carrier. SLIP-Plate® contains 9.8% graphite solids with a median particle size of 5 microns. The emulsion effectively carries the graphite to the chain pins and bushings. The unique binder system used in SLIP-Plate® creates a very effective bond of graphite, the main lubricant, to the chain parts and linkages.
SLIP-Plate® can be applied at oven temperatures up to 300ºF, reducing cool-down time requirements and increasing oven productivity.

Cold Oven Chain Lubricants

ChainLUBE Ultimate –
The best properties of our industry-standard HCFO, HCFO PLUS & SGCO are combined to form the Ultimate in graphite based cold oven chain lubricants. ChainLUBE Ultimate contains Ultra Fine, Synthetic Graphite and an anti-settling agent dispersed in a Petroleum Distillate Carrier. The synthetic compound contains no silica. ChainLUBE Ultimate formula includes 11% graphite solids with a median particle size of 5 microns.
Applied at oven temperatures below 150ºF, odor and smoke are kept to a minimum.

OCL REGULAR –
A Cost-Effective, High Quality, Soft Amorphous Graphite in a Petroleum Distillate Carrier. Combined in a mixture that includes 25% graphite solids that are typically 13 microns in size, OCL Regular coats surfaces with a lubricating film that persists long after the carrier evaporates.
Applied at oven temperatures below 150ºF, odor and smoke are kept to a minimum.
