OCL REGULAR –

A Cost-Effective, High Quality, Soft Amorphous Graphite in a Petroleum Distillate Carrier. Combined in a mixture that includes 25% graphite solids that are typically 13 microns in size, OCL Regular coats surfaces with a lubricating film that persists long after the carrier evaporates.

Applied at oven temperatures below 150ºF, odor and smoke are kept to a minimum.

HCFO –

A High Quality, Finely Ground, Natural Flake Graphite in a Petroleum Distillate Carrier. The mixture contains 11% graphite solids that are approximately 7 microns in size.  The superior quality flake graphite and the small particle size allow HCFO to penetrate even the smallest recesses in  chain rollers and pins.

Applied at oven temperatures below 150ºF, odor and smoke are kept to a minimum.

HCFO PLUS –

The same High Quality, Finely Ground, Natural Flake Graphite and Petroleum Distillate Carrier as HCFO.  However, the HCFO PLUS formula includes 15% graphite solids and incorporates a stabilizing additive that resists settling and eliminates hard packing during storage.

Applied at oven temperatures below 150ºF, odor and smoke are kept to a minimum.

SGCO –

High Quality, Ultra Fine, Synthetic Graphite in a Petroleum Distillate Carrier.  The SGCO  formula includes 11% graphite solids with a median particle size of 5 microns.  The synthetic compound contains no silica.

Applied at oven temperatures below 150ºF, odor and smoke are kept to a minimum.

HYBAKE SUPREME –

Is a premium high-temperature lubricant that contains High Purity, Ultra Finely Ground, Natural Flake Graphite in a Polyalkylene Glycol and Water Carrier. The carrier fluid also contains additives to prevent rust and corrosion and protect oven chains.  Hybake Supreme contains 11% graphite solids with a median particle size of only 4 microns.  The small particle size promotes migration of the graphite, penetrating even the tightest surface contact tolerances.

Hybake Supreme can be applied at oven temperatures up to 400ºF, reducing cool-down time requirements and increasing oven productivity.

SLIP-Plate® HOCL –

SLIP-Plate® is a high-temperature lubricant that contains Ultra Fine, Synthetic Graphite in a Polyalkylene Glycol and Water Carrier. SLIP-Plate® contains 9.8% graphite solids with a median particle size of 4 microns.  The emulsion effectively carries the graphite to the chain pins and bushings. The unique binder system used in SLIP-Plate® creates a very effective bond of graphite, the main lubricant, to the chain parts and linkages.

SLIP-Plate® can be applied at oven temperatures up to 300ºF, reducing cool-down time requirements and increasing oven productivity.
